Nicholas Routzen, a fashion photographer, director, and creative force, is based in both the Catskills and NYC. He is often spotted in upstate New York, on the river, on his motorcycle, building on his land, or exploring the world in his Chucks.
Routzen holds numerous founder roles, including Le Beau, the WEMOC, Sway & Papi’s, The Kaatskeller, and more. Despite being a California native, he has called New York home for the past two decades. Born amidst the ranch life and coastal beauty of Ventura County, Routzen has embraced the vibrant energy of the Catskills, where he retreats.
